Summary Terms and Conditions

General

All Schools participating in the MyGreenSchool™ Assessment program must follow and comply with the requirements of the Australian Government's National Solar School Guidelines (July 2008)

Free Assessment

MyGreenSchool™ Partners agree to provide a free assessment to the School in the format determined by MyGreenSchool™ for the Australian Federal Government’s Solar Schools Grant.

The School agrees to provide access and information as required to the MyGreenSchool™ Partners. MyGreenSchool™ reserves the right to not proceed with an assessment or supply of products at its discretion.

Payment

The School agrees to lodge all applications and claims to the Federal Government as required to ensure the National Solar School Program grant is obtained in a timely manner.

When funding is received by the School, an order may be placed with the MyGreenSchool™ supplier.

Payment for any activity must be made in accordance with the terms of business listed on the invoice from the MyGreenSchool™ supplier.

Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs)

If the School is not a registered RECs Agent, it may nominate a RECs Agent of its choice or choose a RECs agent as nominated by MyGreenSchool™.

Warranty and Liability

Schools must obtain all necessary licences and consents required under the scope of works detailed in the MyGreenSchool™ Assessment.

The School (and all associated parties) agrees to indemnify MyGreenSchool™, its partners, employees and associated parties against any claims or proceedings related to any part of the MyGreenSchool™ process.
